  • If you already have a hosting package, select the Nextcloud Productivity suite under enhancements.

The Process:

  1. You add "Nextcloud Add-On" to your existing hosting plan or select a new dedicated Nextcloud hosting plan.
  2. We schedule a consultation with you to discuss your goals, align expectations, and work through the Q&A.
  3. We setup your server, get it configured, and test it to confirm it's operational.
  4. While we're getting it ready, we'll send you a few introduction videos.
  5. Schedule a training to introduce you to the server, discuss access, and assist you with setting up your phone and computer.
  6. Invite you to our bi-monthly customer discussions.

What is Nextcloud?

Nextcloud is an open-source content collaboration platform which allows you to share files, manage contacts, calendars, and more!  It's available in both a community edition and an enterprise edition.  The community edition gives you the basic feature set for hosting on your own server.  That's what we roll-out in your space when we host for you.  You can read more about Nextcloud at https://nextcloud.com.  The enterprise edition is a for-fee service, licensed per-user, and is geared towards larger organizations with commercial support needs.
